Departmental Guidelines

To ensure sufficient flexibility, equity, and integrity in the evaluative process, each department develops, in consultation with and with the final approval of the Promotion and Tenure Committee and the appropriate Dean, a document that clearly articulates departmental expectations for teaching effectiveness, professional achievement, and service.
