How to Access Qualtrics

In order to use the Qualtrics software, you must first complete the registration form on Etrieve by following the instructions below. 

Instructions for first-time users:

1. Log in to Etrieve using your CatNet credentials
2. Click on 'Forms'
3. Locate the Qualtrics form
4. Complete and submit

Once you are approved for access, you will find Qualtrics in My Apps. If you have problems accessing Etrieve contact colleaguesupport@linfield.edu.

Instructions for access after registration:

1. Log in to My Apps (https://linfield.edu/myapps) with your CatNet credentials
2. Select Qualtrics from your app dashboard
