Immunization Requirements and Recommendations

Linfield University has implemented a COVID-19 vaccine policy. All students and employees must comply with this policy beginning fall semester 2021. Visit the COVID-19 vaccine information page for complete details.

McMinnville Campus Students

In compliance with Oregon Law, Linfield University requires that all students born on or after January 1, 1957, enrolled on the McMinnville campus document immunity to measles, either with dates of two doses of vaccine, blood titers confirming immunity or history of disease documented by a health care provider.  Please download the measles immunization form to complete this documentation, which is a mandatory part of the registration process at Linfield. Students will not be enrolled in classes until the documentation is complete.

Below is a list of additional vaccines you and your child may want to consider prior to their attendance at college.  Your student’s home health care provider can help in making decisions about vaccines. Your student is also welcome to discuss these vaccines with the staff at the Linfield Student Health, Wellness and Counseling Center.
