This GPA calculator was designed for the Linfield University grading system. These calculations should not be considered your official GPA at Linfield University or any other institution. See the grades section of the course catalog for more information.
You can use this GPA Calculator to calculate either your anticipated cumulative (overall) GPA or your anticipated semester GPA.
Calculate Anticipated Cumulative GPA*
Enter your “Current Earned Institutional Credits” and “Current Earned Overall GPA” in the marked boxes. You can find this information by accessing your transcript or your Program Evaluation in your WebAdvisor, under the Academic Profile section.
Enter the credit hours and the anticipated grade for each of the courses you are currently taking.
Click "Calculate my new GPA." This GPA is what your cumulative GPA will be if you earn the grades that you anticipate.
*Note that this GPA Calculator will not account for repeated classes. If you are repeating a class and attempting to calculate your cumulative GPA with the grade you anticipate earning in the repeated class, you'll need to manually calculate your GPA. See your faculty advisor for assistance.
