Tuition Payment Due Dates

Tuition due dates may vary depending on your campus location and academic calendar for the semesters/terms you are enrolled in. See tables below for the semester due dates for each campus location. The amount due is any amount not covered by pending financial aid for the semester, payment plan set up for the semester and any approved government third party arrangements.

Payments not received by the due date are subject to a late fee and monthly finance charges.

McMinnville Campus Standard Academic Calendars (Undergraduate and Graduate)  

• Fall Semester - August 15
• Spring Semester - February 1  
• January Term - January 1
  • Students can pay their January Term charges with their Spring charges and utilize financial aid from spring to be applied towards your charges.
  • Must be paid in full by the spring due date.
  • Your spring semester billing statement will reflect both semesters if you choose this option and be a combined total.
• Summer Semester - See Online & Continuing Education Due Dates

Portland Nursing Campus - Standard Academic Calendars (Undergraduate and Graduate)  

• Fall Semester - August 15
• January Term - January 1 (If you choose to take an online course during January Term)
  • Students can pay their January Term charges with their Spring charges and utilize financial aid from spring to be applied towards your charges.
  • Must be paid in full by the spring due date.
  • Your spring semester billing statement will reflect both semesters if you choose this option and be a combined total.
• Spring Semester - February 1
• Summer Semester - June 1

Online & Continuing Education - Standard OCE Academic Calendars 

The payment deadline for all Online semesters is on or before the first day of the semester.

Accelerated Academic Calendar Semesters - All Students 

The payment deadline for all accelerated academic calendar terms is on or before the first day of the semester.
