When to Arrive & Transportation from Portland Airport (PDX) to Linfield

You may enter the U.S. a maximum of 30 days before the start date listed on your I-20 or DS-2019.

Please remember to keep all important documents, especially your passport and I-20 or DS-2019 with you when you travel. Do not put them in your checked baggage. You will need them at Customs and Border Patrol when you enter the U.S.

Linfield IPO will provide detailed information on when to schedule your arrival at Portland airport. The Linfield IPO will provide transportation to campus from Portland airport (PDX) at this time.  You must send your flight information to ipo@linfield.edu to ensure transportation from PDX to Linfield.

If you arrive before this date, let us know and we can provide  you with some hotel recommendations near PDX.  Student housing will not be available prior to the recommended arrival date.
