Video conference facilities

There are video conference facilities on both the Portland and McMinnville campuses of Linfield University. They provide the means for small and medium-sized meetings and classes to be conducted together at both sites.

In Portland, there are 3 conference rooms:

• Admin (building 1): large screen and a computer with a webcam
• East (building 3): dual screen, computer with webcam, Zoom conference phone.
• Hampton Hall (building 2):   has a projector with a wireless/wired hdmi screen sharing device and sound system. No dedicated computer in this one. Has 2 zoom conference phones as the room is dividable with a movable wall.

Video conferences may also be scheduled into other classrooms and conference rooms. Please contact pdxsupport@linfield.edu for options.

Scheduling a video conference between the Portland and McMinnville campuses requires arranging rooms and video conferencing equipment on both campuses. It is the responsibility of the event organizer to contact the appropriate parties at both sites.
