Purchasing and Refunding Tickets

Purchase tickets for shuttles here

The Shuttle Service has a $55 per student fee for a one-way trip. To reserve a place on one of the following shuttles, please purchase a Shuttle Service ticket using the link above. You will receive an email in response confirming your reservation request. The shuttles will be signed up on a first-come, first-served basis.

To cancel a shuttle request, you must email at least five business days before the date of the shuttle you wish to cancel. Unlike previous years, you will not be prompted to cancel your shuttle request from the Office of Student Activities. Rather, by purchasing a Shuttle Service ticket using the link above, our office will assume you are riding that shuttle. If you do not cancel your reservation at least five business days before the date of the shuttle, we will not refund your ticket.

If it is the day of a shuttle and you need to speak to someone about your ticket or reservation, please contact Great Ride Shuttle company directly (see information below).

There is more information at the bottom of this page to describe other ways to get to the airport if the campus Shuttle Service won't meet your needs.

Email with questions, concerns or cancellations.

Pick-up and drop-off locations

***All passengers must wear a mask while riding the shuttle until further notice. Failure to comply will result in losing your spot on the shuttle and we will not refund your ticket.***

McMinnville to Portland

The shuttles pick up passengers on campus in the Pioneer Parking Lot (between Pioneer Hall and Riley Campus Center). Shuttles depart at the time listed on the ticket - a 5 a.m. shuttle will leave campus at 5 a.m. The shuttles will go to the airport first, and then make a stop at the train station if needed. The drive to the airpoint generally takes 1.5 hours but can take longer depending on traffic.

Portland to McMinnville

Please meet the shuttle in the door-to-door transportation area at PDX, which is across the street from the baggage claim, or outside of the Train Station. Shuttles depart near the time listed on the ticket - an 8 p.m. shuttle will leave the airport around (but not before) 8 p.m. Shuttle drivers do have a manifest list and will wait a reasonable amount of time for their passengers.
