Microsoft Teams brings together many of the Microsoft tools into a single place to enhance collaboration and communication.   

These tools include:

• PowerPoint
• Calendar
• Planner
• OneNote
• Forms 

MS Teams also provides services for:

• Instant Messaging or chat
• Messaging and collaborating within a structured format which is called a Team
• Video Conferencing and
• Audio Calling (including an option to leave a message)
